Thanks for taking the time to get in touch.
It's great news that you would like to help by making your premises a Safe Place.
As we manage Safe Place information on behalf of scheme operators all we need you to do at this time is to send us the following details and we will forward your details on to the person who operates your local scheme.
As we are about to ask you for some details we just want you to now why we ask for them and what we do with them; we will also cover how you can go about asking for them to be deleted.
We ask you for your details and store your details, so we can check to make sure there is a Safe Place scheme in operation in our district.
We will automatically delete your details if you contact us and ask us to.
The contact email if you want your details deleting is info@safeplaces.org.uk
We will use your details to contact you but only in relation to your enquiry to be a Safe Place.
If we try to contact you and you don't reply on three consecutive occasions we will take it you don't use that email address any more and will delete your details.
We will always pass on the details you provide to the Safe Place scheme operator for your district.
We will not post your details on the Safe Places National Network Web Site.
Any details you provide to your local scheme operator will appear on the Safe Places National Network web site on their own account, on the national map and the smart phone apps.
If you do not want this to happen you must discuss this with them.
We will not pass on your details though to any third parties ever and we mean ever.
If you ever have any questions or are unsure about any part of the above, please contact your local scheme operator in the first instance.
If you are not satisfied with their response, please drop us a line at info@safeplaces.org.uk and we will be happy to arrange to have a chat about it all.
Thanks again for wanting to play a part in what is fast becoming a Nationwide Network of Support for some of the most vulnerable in our communities.
