Target groups Derbyshire County Council have re-launched their Safe Places scheme and are looking at joining the Safe Places National Network. The Derbyshire Safe Places Scheme is open to anyone from the age of 16 years who feels they would benefit from carrying a Keep Safe Card. This could be someone living with a learning disability, dementia or mental ill health – it is an all-inclusive scheme and you do not have to give a reason for wanting a card.
