About Us

Derbyshire County Council have re-launched their Safe Places scheme and are looking at joining the Safe Places National Network.

The Derbyshire Safe Places Scheme is open to anyone from the age of 16 years who feels they would benefit from carrying a Keep Safe Card. This could be someone living with a learning disability, dementia or mental ill health – it is an all-inclusive scheme and you do not have to give a reason for wanting a card.

To help with this process we have activated a demonstration account. While the account information is correct and the free-to-use smart phone apps work in conjunction with this information the account only contains the details for a small number of Safe Places in Chesterfield and the Count Council address and contact details. These details are for demonstration purposes only at this time and Safe Places UK accepts no liability in relationship to the presentation of this information and the use of any associated assistive technology.
