Since April 2020 Positive Steps Care & Support Ltd has been supporting people with diverse requirements in their own home and out in the wider community of Plymouth, Exeter, Cornwall, and surrounding areas. Improving the lives of those people who need and rely on our care. The support we provide is always at the forefront of what we do.

We exist to enable anyone who needs support to live their life in the way they choose. We do that by providing high-quality, person-centred care and support. We deliver this service around the clock or on an ‘as and when’ basis that focuses on enabling each individual to achieve their dreams and truly live free – whether this means attending activities, appointments, work placements or holidays.

Our every action here at Positive Steps is about making this world a reality. We want to contribute to improving the quality of life of the people we support, and the wider community to have stronger friendships and relationships, for us all to be better connected and to help them reach their goals and aspirations.

We are committed and proud to be supporting our community and we hope that by sponsoring the Plymouth district Safe Places scheme and the national network will help the vulnerable people of Plymouth feel safe when they are accessing the community.
